Juventus have the Scudetto party ready, but Palermo Coach Giuseppe Sannino warns “we’re not sacrificial lambs to the slaughter.”

The Bianconeri need just one more point to be mathematically sure of the title and celebrations are planned at the Juventus Stadium on Sunday.

“Safety is a difficult objective, but before we were given up for dead and now we can have this week as protagonists,” Sannino told Sky Sport Italia.

“It is on paper an impossible match, but the team has found its unity and desire to amaze, silencing those who thought we were already relegated. We’re not in Turin as sacrificial lambs to the slaughter.”

There were injury fears over both Josip Ilicic and Fabrizio Miccoli, but the strikers are back in full training and should be available from the start.

“It was important that the lads understood the disappointment in the city and how we have won the fans back,” added Sannino.
