Sampdoria are in negotiations for KRC Genk defender Omar Colley with an offer worth €6m on the table.
According to news agency ANSA, Genk want €10m for the 25-year-old Gambia international, but his contract is due to expire in June 2019.
The Blucerchiati therefore hope to swing a deal for €6m, having already shown interest last summer and again in January.
Centre-back Colley is 25 years old and joined Belgian side Genk in 2016 from Djurgarden in Sweden.
