“Dybala, [Papu] Gomez and [Mauro] Icardi are players we know very well,” Samapoli explained as he announced his squad.

“We want to see the others to continue to make comparisons. These two matches won’t be decisive for anyone.
“Dybala an extremely valuable player. He’s coming off an injury and I thought it would be best to evaluate him with his club and not in this squad.
“As far as Higuain goes, I’ve seen him mature and he’s convinced me. We need footballers who, if we call them, will guarantee us a good World Cup.
“Carlos Tevez? If it’s necessary because of his form Tevez will be evaluated, like a lot of players. We’ll see the local players later, I’m going to watch all of them.”
