The Australian international signed for the Nerazzurri in a deadline day loan deal from Jiangsu Suning, and flew into Italy overnight.
“It’s a prestigious club and I’m happy to be a part of it,” Sainsbury told reporters after arriving in Milan.
“It’s very exciting, I’m looking forward to learning a different culture and different aspects of Italian life.
