Multiple reports in Italy claim Nicolò Rovella is set to join Monza on loan from Juventus and will undergo his medical tomorrow.

The former Genoa starlet played as a substitute in each one of Juventus’ opening three Serie A games this season but will join the newly-promoted side to get more playing time.

Goal.com’s Romeo Agresti and Sky Sport Italia, claim the Bianconeri have now agreed to send the 20-year-old to the U-Power Stadium on a season-long deal.

Rovella is expected to undergo his medical with Monza on Wednesday.

Juventus are still pushing to get Leandro Paredes from PSG and could finalise the deal following Fabian Ruiz’s move to Paris. The Spaniard will undergo his medical with the Ligue 1 giants today ahead of a permanent €23m move.

Rovella has collected 46 Serie A appearances and has 15 caps to his name with Italy U21. His contract at the Allianz Stadium runs out in June 2024.

  1. damn, this guy is one of the best young midfielders and we are not going to rely on him this season again…. I would rather remove Rabio, Arthur and Macken than that player
