“Doctor Singleton has found Rossi’s knee to be in very good condition,” the club confirmed on its official website.

“It’s stable, there’s no fluid and it is well muscled. The doctor then initiated weight training which will allow full recovery of the muscles and Rossi will start his specific match training in January.

“There will then be another check-up in mid-February, while a return to playing is set for the beginning of March.

“If all goes well, we’ll see the real Giuseppe Rossi at the beginning of March.”
