“Roma need points now, and it’s important for them to play a high-level game,” Enrique explained in his pre-match Press conference.
“We expect a much more open game than the first leg [a 1-1 draw]. For Roma it’s an attractive situation, to come to Camp Nou and win.
“Any other result won’t help if their rival can win in the other group match. In the first leg we saw a defensive Roma, this game will be more interesting, because both teams know how to play football.
“We’re on to the fifth matchday of the Champions League, tomorrow’s match against Roma is crucial in terms of first place.
”Enrique is a former Roma Coach, how does he feel about the prospect of pushing his former side toward elimination?
“I’ll do my job as Coach of Barcelona, and try to win every game. I’ll do my work as I’ve always done. I hope Roma go through, but Barcelona above all.”
