Olsen and Manolas have been passed fit after missing Roma’s 3-0 victory over Chievo at the weekend, although it remains to be seen whether the goalkeeper will start against Porto.
However, Karsdorp will not feature at the Olimpico as Sky Sport Italia reports the right-back picked up a muscle problem during training on Monday.
