The figures take into account only prize money and television money from UEFA, and don't include ticket sales.
Juventus earned a little over €80m after being knocked out in the quarter-finals, and as Italian champions got a higher share of the market pool than Roma and Napoli.
That puts the Bianconeri fourth in the overall table, with Napoli earning a total €38,967,000 after being eliminated in the group stage.
Had the Partenopei made it through they would have earned more, but the other Italian sides would have earned less as the television money for each round is distributed among the teams from each nation who are left in the competition.
Napoli earned a further €1,219,565 from the Europa League.
Napoli beat Nice in the play-off to reach the group stage, but the French club still received a total €10.2m.
