According to Il Resto del Carlino newspaper, the ideal replacement is Sassuolo forward Defrel.

Although he is more accustomed to playing as a centre-forward, Defrel can also go wide and has a similar phenomenal burst of pace.
However, Sassuolo have set a price-tag of at least €15.5m on the 25-year-old Frenchman.
This season he has scored nine goals and provided four assists in just 18 competitive games for the Neroverdi.
Defrel is also potentially a target for Napoli if they sell Manolo Gabbiadini in January.
