The Giallorossi defender underwent instrumental tests for a muscle problem which determined that he must skip the European game on Thursday.

The 22-year-old Brazilian has played all eight Serie A games so far this term, but has only appeared once in the Europa League – when he scored in the reverse fixture against Cluj at the Olimpico.
