Diego Laxalt’s agent has claimed that Roma and Fiorentina are interested in signing the Genoa wingback.
Roma may decide to up the stakes for Laxalt after reports suggested they would not meet Leicester City’s asking price for Riyad Mahrez, but Vincenzo D’Ippolito warned Fiorentina were also in the running.
“We’re also thinking about [Roma] now, like we did in January and with Spalletti,” he told Pagine Romaniste.
“Talks? They’re open but not through Monchi. They’re through other people.
