Roma are looking to buy Antonio Rudiger from Stuttgart without paying anything, by exchanging Iago Falque instead.

The German central defender started out a little uncertainly in Serie A, but has now consolidated his spot as a starter in the Giallorossi back-line.

Rudiger joined his current club on loan from Stuttgart, in a deal that cost them €4m and included a buy-out clause for another €9m.

According to the Corriere dello Sport, the Italians are now planning on saving themselves the price of the clause by turning over Iago Falque.
