With this in mind, director of sport Monchi has flown to Spain, where he presented the same €35m proposal to Real Madrid for Vazquez, claim Don Balon.
Marcos Asensio’s impressive performances mean his playing time might be more limited this season.
The 26-year-old is under contract until June 2021 and last season contributed four goals with 14 assists in 50 competitive games.
