Roma are reportedly close to signing Dinamo Zagreb midfielder Ante Coric, for a fee of around €6m.

The Giallrossi have been heavily linked with the 21-year-old, of whom sporting director Monchi is a huge admirer.

The attacking midfielder has already been capped at senior level by Croatia, and was included in their squad for Euro 2016, though he didn’t play at the tournament.

Now Tuttomercatoweb is reporting that Roma have submitted an official bid of €6m for Coric, with Dinamo to meet today to discuss it.

The board of directors are expected to accept the bid, perhaps with some negotiation over bonuses, allowing Coric to complete his move to Serie A this summer.
