According to Calciomercato.com, director of sport Walter Sabatini has already agreed terms with the player’s entourage.
It will be a four-year deal worth up to €2m per season, including performance-related bonuses.
Roma’s transfer fee for the 20-year-old left-sided player is believed to be €5m.
