Gianluca Mancini’s agent confirms interest from Roma, Inter and “the other big Italian clubs” but “in January he’ll definitely stay” at Atalanta.

The defender is the latest youngster to impress under Gian Piero Gasperini, and there’s no shortage of interest in him.

“In January he’ll definitely stay in Bergamo,” Stefano Castelnovo confirmed in an interview with Gazzetta dello Sport.

“In Italy there’s no better place for a young man. It’s early to talk about it [a move] but between April and May we’ll meet with Atalanta to decide whether to renew or transfer.

“Inter and Roma? They’re very interested, but also the other big Italian clubs and those abroad.

“I won’t name any names, but medium to high level English and German clubs.”
