Media report that Manchester United are ‘preparing to announce’ the signing of Paul Pogba from Juventus.

The English Premier League side will pay a world record transfer fee of €110m to last season’s Italian double winners to secure the French international’s services.

Though the fee between the two clubs is said to have been agreed several days ago, the amount due to super-agent Mino Raiola held the deal up from being concluded sooner.

Though the fee between the two clubs is said to have been agreed several days ago, the amount due to super-agent Mino Raiola held the deal up from being concluded sooner.

However, this has now been resolved, with United to pay Raiola and the midfielder set to end months of speculation surrounding his future by returning to Old Trafford.

Real Madrid had also been interested in the 23-year-old, but were unwilling to match the financial terms being offered by the Red Devils.
