The Brazilian has a clause in his contract allowing him to walk away if Milan failed to qualify for the Champions League.

He has hesitated over whether to use this legal loophole, but according to ESPN the decision has been made.

It’s claimed Kaka will be presented officially as an Orlando City player on Tuesday July 1, when he’ll undergo a medical, sign a contract and go on a parade through the Florida town.

As Orlando City aren’t in the MLS until March 2015, Kaka is due to spend the first six months of the season on loan in Brazil with his first club Sao Paulo.

In turn, Milan would use the money saved from Kaka’s wages in order to fund an offer for Verona starlet Juan Iturbe.
