Federico Dimarco returns to Inter after his loan deal with Hellas Verona expires, but the Nerazzurri are reportedly prepared to listen to offers.

The full-back impressed on loan with the Gialloblu but Inter are still not fully convinced, and the Beneamata is ready to cash in.

Verona had an option to buy the defender for €6m, but Calciomercato.com reports the 23-year-old doesn’t seem set to remain at the Bentegodi this summer.

Dimarco played 35 Serie A games in 2020-21, contributing five goals and five assists for the Gialloblu, who were negotiating a discount for the permanent move.

The outlet claims Cagliari and Napoli have shown interest in the player and Inter thus expect to cash in more than the amount agreed with Hellas Verona.

Dimarco’s contract with Inter expires in June 2023 and he’s expected to start training with the Nerazzurri this summer, when new coach Simone Inzaghi will evaluate the defender.

Calciomercato reports Hellas Verona could ask for another loan deal for 2021-22, should Inter not be able to sell the former Italy U21 international.
