Journalist Nicolò Schira claims the Rondinelle ask for €50m for the Italy international and the two clubs have yet to come to an agreement.

But according to the report, the Nerazzurri have already given the player's personal terms some thought and are willing to offer the 20-year-old a lucrative deal.

Tonali has impressed after helping Brescia to Serie A last term and continued his fine form in the top tier this season, despite not being able to prevent the Biancazzurri from sitting bottom after 26 games.

His signature has been sought after among the top clubs in Europe and the two Italian giants, Inter and Juventus, have been linked with Tonali since last year.

Inter are hoping to tie him down to a five-year contract worth €2.5m a year plus bonuses and the player has always claimed he wants to stay in Serie A, amid the competition for his signature from abroad.
