The newspaper reports the salary demands has stalled the negotiations, even if the last proposal of €11m a season was close to La Joya’s request.

The Argentine’s contract expires in June 2022, but Juventus haven’t resumed talks after the end of 2019-20.

Dybala currently works hard to return to the pitch in top form as soon as possible but the newspaper stresses he wants to commit to a long-term deal with the Bianconeri, to avoid being linked with a move away every summer.
