Though the Biancocelesti only bought out Udinese’s” data-scaytid=”4″>Udinese’s share in the midfielder earlier this summer, he has since been linked with a move away from Stadio Olimpico.

However, reports in Il Messagero and Il Tempo claim that positive talks have taken place at the club’s Formello base between President Claudio Lotitio and the player’s entourage.

Lotito is said to have promised Candreva a substantial pay rise should he agree to remain in Rome, with terms of €2m a season until 2019 rumoured to be on the table.
