Sky Sports in the UK claim Benatia is on his way to England for the final details with Manchester United.
Roma director of sport Walter Sabatini is in London this weekend for talks with several different clubs.
He had also been sent to listen to Tottenham’s offer for Mattia Destro, Chelsea’s Benatia proposal and to ask Manchester City for Stevan Jovetic.
