Barcelona midfielder Arthur Melo is reportedly closer than ever to joining Juventus in exchange for Miralem Pjanic.

Arthur had originally refused to entertain the idea of leaving Barca, even expressing that desire in a written statement.

However, the Catalans remain insistent on bringing in Pjanic, having already negotiated a swap deal with Juve, which can only go through if the 23-year-old is included.

Now, Tuttosport claims the Brazilian is currently training with the Blaugrana’s reserves and that he has ‘already said yes’ to the Bianconeri.

Barca boss Quique Setien did little to quell the speculation in an interview with beIN Sports on Friday evening as he refused to comment on Arthur’s future.
