The Biancocelesti were held to a 1-1 draw by Milan at Stadio Olimpico and the 68-year-old admits there is no more margin for error.
“I was angry on Sunday, we had a wonderful opportunity,” Reja said at the Press conference ahead of Lazio’s match with Genoa.
“Our season didn’t end against Milan but we really could have won.
“From here until the end there will be other chances, we will try not to waste them anymore.
“All matches are decisive. It was decisive against Milan, we are annoyed not to have won because it was within or own hands.
“I’m still a bit angry now considering how the match went.
“But from now we need to think about Genoa in order to get the points back that we have lost at the Olimpico.
“We need to win away if we want to have high ambitions.
“How many points do we need to get into Europe? It depends on what we do in the matches against our rivals.
“We’re going to San Siro to play Inter and we have Parma at home but we mustn’t lose touch with the other teams.
“We can’t afford any more slip ups. It’s not easy to reach the target but we need to try from tomorrow regardless of who is missing.
Reja then answered questions about the fitness of Miroslav Klose and the possibility of Helder Postiga finally making his Biancocelesti debut.
“Klose won’t play tomorrow and Marchetti is a big doubt. Dias, Ciani, Pereirinha and Biglia are out too.
“Klose might be back for Parma but he won’t train today. Tomorrow morning he will do a light session.
“On Thursday we will revaluate and see how he is.
“Postiga is in good condition, if he’s fine tomorrow I might even start him.
“My idea is to bring him on but out of necessity I might start him and see how it goes.
“We’ll see this afternoon how the situation develops. I see him in training, he plays well and knows how to move between the lines.
“Unfortunately he has had some problems but I hope to have him available for the run in.”
