According to Sky Sport Italia, Reina will have his first round of tests, before putting pen to paper with Milan.
The Spaniard is free to put pen to paper with another club, given he has entered the final six months of his Napoli contract.
However, it is not known at this stage whether the 34-year-old will replace Gianluigi Donnarumma at San Siro or act as his No 2.
