Claudio Ranieri has agreed terms with Watford and Sky Sport Italia reports the Italian coach will sign with The Hornets tomorrow.

Ranieri is on the verge of returning to the Premier League after spells with Chelsea, Leicester City and Fulham.

According to Sky Sport Italia, he has agreed terms with the Premier League strugglers and only the last details are remained to be fixed.

Ranieri, 69, is expected to sign his contract with Watford tomorrow.

Watford sacked Francisco Javier Munoz after collecting just seven points in the opening seven Premier League games of the season.

Ranieri parted ways with Sampdoria in the summer.

The Blucerchiati finished 9th in Serie A last term, collecting 52 points.

Ranieri would return to the Premier League for the first time since 2019. Back then, he was sacked by the Cottagers, who hired Scott Parker to replace him.

Ranieri has won 107 of his 225 games in the Premier League, where he’s averaged 1,68 point per game.
