The fans were already irritated at the dismissal of Coach Davide Ballardini just seven games into the new season, as it was the third time he had been fired.

Juric debuted with a 1-1 draw away to Juventus, but has since stuttered badly, culminating in a 5-0 defeat to Inter.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Juric is already hanging by a thread and could be replaced by Cesare Prandelli, Davide Nicola or even Ranieri.

It’d be a return to work for Ranieri, who has been on the sidelines since leaving FC Nantes in May.

His most recent job in Italy was at Inter from September 2011 to March 2012, but since then he won the Premier League title for Leicester City.
