Rafael Leao is suspended for tonight’s trip to Fiorentina, but still made a prediction that Charles De Ketelaere will score his first Milan goal.

The Portugal international is left behind with Rade Krunic, who also sits out a Serie A ban, and is watching events from home at the Stadio Artemio Franchi.

Before kick-off, Leao took to his Instagram Stories and made a prediction.

“Cdk will score today. U saw here first.”

The Belgian has so far made 28 appearances for the Rossoneri between Serie A, the Champions League, Supercoppa Italiana and Coppa Italia.

His biggest contribution was an assist for Leao’s goal in the 2-0 win over Bologna on August 27, 2022.

In the following matches, De Ketelaere has missed several sitters, playing in a variety of roles including midfield, trequartista, wide in a trident and as a False 9.

Milan paid €32m plus various add-ons and bonuses to sign De Ketelaere from Club Brugge over the summer after weeks of intensive negotiations.
