And the Romania international has conceded that his side will be up against it at the weekend.
“It's going to be tough at San Siro,” he told Sky Sport Italia. “The Rossoneri are doing very well at the moment.
“Matches against direct rivals are always important if we want to achieve our goals at the end of the season.
“Over the last two games we have returned to the standard we've been used to – we are growing as a team and want to keep that third place.”
