The decision could be adopted after Balotelli received a three-match Serie A ban for insulting the referee in the final moments of a 2-1 home defeat to Napoli.
It is now reported the club will bring in a sports psychologist, or ‘tutor’, to help the younger players deal with the stress of football at the top level.
