Lazio’s injury crisis increased with Abdoulay Konko out for three weeks and Miroslav Klose seeing a specialist.
The Biancocelesti released a statement today with the latest updates from the medical staff.
Konko underwent tests at the Paideia clinic that confirmed a first degree lesion on the right thigh. “The prognosis is around three weeks.”
Diego Novaretti and Lucas Biglia are still undergoing treatment for a right ankle and right calf problem respectively, so will need further tests at the start of next week.
Klose suffered a relapse of an inflammation around the metatarsal bones in his right foot, so tomorrow will fly to Germany for a new appointment with specialist Professor Muller-Wohlfhart.
