French champions Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly interested in Inter’s Samir Handanovic.

The Ligue 1 side signed Kevin Trapp last summer, but the German has been unconvincing, making a number of errors.

Backup goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu is not wanted by Coach Laurent Blanc, and 36-year-old Nicolas Douchez was given the nod in goal for last night’s final League match against Nantes.

Handanovic has made no secret of his desire to play in the Champions League, and Gazzetta dello Sport reports that PSG are interested.

It’s believed the Nerazzurri are asking for at least €15m for their goalkeeper, but Le10Sport notes that the French side could lower the cost by including Sirigu in the deal.

The Italian international is under contract until 2018, and it’s believed he would be interested in a return to Serie A.

According to Gazzetta, Mattia Perin of Genoa is the Beneamata’s number one choice, but that move could be complicated by his cruciate ligament injury.
