According to Tuttomercatoweb, Inter are on the verge of completing the Achraf Hakimi sale to PSG for €68m, as they were always the favourites ahead of Chelsea.

The Morocco international was purchased from Real Madrid for €45m in September 2020 and will be sold on at a huge profit less than a year later.

Multiple sources in Italy and France are confident Paris Saint-Germain will get the deal over the line within the next few days, setting Sunday as their hopeful deadline.

Now Tuttomercatoweb claim that the latest offer from PSG has reached €68m including performance-related bonuses.

That is not quite the €70m asking price, lowered from the original €80m tag, but still enough for Inter to accept.

Hakimi has already agreed personal terms with PSG and considered them his first option rather than Chelsea.

The 22-year-old right-back scored seven goals and provided 11 assists in his 45 competitive appearances for the Nerazzurri this season.
