The creative midfielder only turned 17 last month and became the youngest ever player to earn a senior cap for Morocco.
However, he is yet to receive his senior debut for Milan and is running out of patience.
Mastour had already been linked with Real Madrid, but the Corriere dello Sport now claims PSG are making an offer.
It’s believed Milan would let Mastour go for around €5m.
