The Rossoneri registered their first win under new coach Stefano Pioli thanks to Suso’s free kick against SPAL on Thursday evening.
That was the Spaniard’s first game as a substitute this season and he was expected to start this evening, but has pulled out of the squad with a hip issue.
Defender Musacchio is also absent due to a right thigh problem, but Ricardo Rodriguez and Mattia Caldara return.
Leo Duarte is therefore again likely to take the centre-back slot with Davide Calabria on the right side of defence.
It remains to be seen if Lucas Biglia or Ismael Bennacer will play in midfield, while Samu Castillejo is the favourite for the right side of the trident attack.
There are reports Rade Krunic could be given the nod, as Franck Kessie has looked shaky in recent weeks.
Lazio have a full squad to choose from and are brimming with confidence after a midweek 4-0 mauling of Torino.
Luiz Felipe is the favourite rather than Patric to complete the defence, while Manuel Lazzari should retain his spot ahead of Adam Marusic on the wing.
Tucu Correa should push Felipe Caicedo to the bench, as he partners Capocannoniere Immobile, the Italian one goal away from his 100th in a Lazio jersey.
