The Pozzo family are reportedly looking to buy Oud-Heverlee Leuven as a satellite club in Belgium to unite with Udinese and Watford.

They already own a side in Serie A and the Premier League, having sold Spanish outfit Granada last year.

According to Il Messaggero newspaper, the Pozzo family are prepared to invest again in a different League, this time the Jupiler Pro League.

The most likely candidate is Oud-Heverlee Leuven, who are currently in Proximus League – the Belgian version of Serie B.

As with Watford, the plan would be to target promotion.

They hope to use it as a satellite club, so players will be loaned out between the trio to gain playing time and experience.

Current President Chris Vandenbroeck insists there “have been no negotiations with Pozzo,” although reports in Italy and Belgium continue to back the theory.
