Zebrette chief Pozzo met with Juve’s sporting director Fabio Paratici today to determine a decision over the Chilean midfielder’s co-ownership, in light of Inter’s believed interest.

As far as Udinese are concerned, the situation is in the Old Lady’s hands.

“Isla to Inter? The agreement with Juventus is clear – they are the ones who decide,” Pozzo told reporters today.

“If they decide to turn the player over to another side then it would be good for us.”

Transfer news in Udine also centres on Mehdi Benatia this week, after he confirmed his intention to leave for Roma.

“He asked us to leave and we plan to oblige.

“[Inter target Dusan] Basta? He is staying here, we have not received any important offers.

“[Antonio] Di Natale? With him there is no problem.

“There is no need for an update because he will be renewed for life as long as he wants to keep playing.”
