Matteo Politano admits his future ‘doesn’t only depend on me’ but is delighted Sassuolo showed ‘we deserve to play in Serie A’.

“He could’ve shot but instead passed to me. His assist was crucial. It was a very important goal, which allowed us to reach 40 points and stay up.
“We’re very happy and we celebrated with our fans on the pitch. We didn’t start [the season] with these objectives, but we’re happy to have showed that we deserve to play in Serie A.
“My future? The future doesn’t only depend on me but also the club. Now let’s enjoy our survival and end the season in style.”
