Paul Pogba could return to Juventus in January for €60m cash plus Emre Can to Manchester United, claim Tuttosport.

Rumours of a potential comeback to Turin have surrounded the 26-year-old France international ever since he left for €105m in August 2016.

He is known to be frustrated with the situation at Old Trafford and has made only seven competitive appearances this season, with a recurring ankle issue.

According to Tuttosport newspaper, Juve could bring Pogba back as early as January rather than wait for the summer, therefore anticipating Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain.

The offer on the table is said to be €60m cash plus ownership of former Liverpool midfielder Emre Can.

Juventus are struggling under new coach Maurizio Sarri, who requires a stronger midfield presence to support the trident attack of Paulo Dybala, Gonzalo Higuain and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Emre Can has vented his irritation at Juve, having been left out of their Champions League squad.

Another alternative for Emre Can would be going to Paris Saint-Germain in exchange for Leandro Paredes, but naturally Pogba would be preferred.
