Paul Pogba reiterated he has not yet made a decision on his future, with Juventus hoping for a return. ‘I want to win titles and Manchester United haven’t won anything for years.’

His contract is due to expire on June 30 and a new deal seems frankly unlikely at this stage, especially as Manchester United still don’t have a firm choice for their manager after interim boss Ralf Rangnick.

The France international has been heavily linked with a second stint at Juventus, after playing there from 2012 to 2016.

“I have not decided anything yet. I could decide tomorrow or during the summer, but for now I just want to end the season in the best way,” Pogba told TeleFoot.

“My objective is to play the World Cup and hopefully win it for the second edition in a row.”

The 29-year-old would have very few options if he were to leave Manchester United, with Juventus facing competition from Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain.

“It’s difficult to judge a season with a change of management and so many injuries. I want to win titles and challenge for something, but this season we are already out of the running for everything and Manchester United haven’t won anything for years. That is very sad.”

During Pogba’s tenure at Old Trafford, Manchester United have only won the League Cup twice in 2010 and 2017, plus the 2017 Europa League.

With Juventus, he won the Serie A title four times in a row, two editions of the Coppa Italia and two editions of the Italian Supercup.

  1. They’ve not won and he’s been playing most of the games! 😂 perhaps it’s him who needs to look in the mirror! This boy can’t lead anyone not even a dog, he only won because he was told what to do by Conte Pirlo Vidal, then Kante and the French squad

  2. Well I’m a Juve fan, but Juve has not won anything major in 2 years really
Coppa Italia is a Joke guys .

  3. This guy is overrated, lazy and free. So perfect for Rabiot and PhD Max.

  4. Pogback.
Brian – 2 years is normal, only that Juve are used to win it every year so some take it as a given.
Take Inter for example they havent won it for 30 years..

  5. One of the main reasons they don’t win titles is because they have players with his attitude.

And I doubt Juve are “hoping” this lazy waste of space is on his way back.

Then again, this is Serie A, and the teams there do love epl “names” who are on the decline.
