The Bosnian struck twice from the spot in a 2-0 victory last night, with the Bianconeri taking three points despite CR7’s early dismissal.
“It wasn’t easy to step up to the spot, because the ball didn’t seem to want to go in before then,” Pjanic admitted, speaking to UEFA’s official website.

“The red card? Football is crazy. At half-time we could have been at least three goals up.
“We did a similar thing two years ago in Lyon when we managed to win with 10 men. After that we got to the final. We want to repeat that.”
