Andrea Pirlo is at peace with the possibility of not going to Euro 2016 and tips Antonio Conte for success at Chelsea.

The midfielder has won the Scudetto, Champions League and the World Cup, so does it irritate him that he’s never won the European Championship?

It remains to be seen whether the veteran will even be called up for the tournament this summer.

“I hope that this thing happens, but the important thing for me is to do well at New York City and then we’ll see.”

Former Juventus Coach Conte has already announced he will be leaving the Azzurri job after Euro 2016 to take over at Chelsea.

“He wants to continue coaching and try a different experience outside of Italy, so he’s found the right club I think to start at the top,” added Pirlo.
