Andrea Pinamonti does not want to play for Salernitana and his refusal means Inter will now have to work hard to quickly find a buyer.

The Nerazzurri had been hoping to sell the talented 23-year-old to the Campania side for around €20m, but the player has decided to turn down the move as he wants to join a more ambitious club. Despite Salernitana’s insistence, he seemingly cannot be convinced of the move.

As reported by Calciomercato.com, the three remaining options for Pinamonti now are Sassuolo, Monza and Atalanta. The latter two are the player’s preferences for the time being, but neither are willing to pay the €20m requested by Inter, wanting a discount.

Inter’s incoming market is now slowed to a crawl as they wait to finalise the sale of Pinamonti, forcing them to work fast to find an acceptable deal if they want to make a few more additions before the summer transfer window ends.
