Shocking scenes in Sivas where a pitch invader punched Fiorentina midfielder Alessandro Bianco during goal celebrations.
The incident unfolded shortly after Gaetano Castrovilli’s goal against Turkish side Sivasspor at minute 89, which set the score to 4-1 for the Tuscans who were playing in the second leg of the Conference League Round of 16.
A fan of the home side suddenly approached Fiorentina players celebrating and punched their midfielder.
The 20-year-old bleed from his nose and mouth and Violanews describes him as ‘shocked’ when he made his way into the tunnel at the end of the game. According to reports, Bianco didn’t remain on the pitch to celebrate with his teammates after the final whistle.
