Vladimir Petkovic is proud to say “Lazio are competitive on three fronts” and will be focused against Torino tomorrow night despite missing many players.

The Biancocelesti are in the Coppa Italia Final, Europa League quarter-finals and currently joint-fifth in Serie A.

They travel to Torino in a Sunday evening 19.45 GMT kick-off, click here for a match preview.

“We played against Torino in a friendly over the summer and they basically haven’t changed at all since then,” explained Petkovic in his Press conference.

“We know Toro well. They can change a few details of who goes on to the field, but the basic approach remains identical.

“We want to earn three points that will be crucial to continue our race for third or even second place. We believe in our chances.”

Sergio Floccari joins the injury list with a thigh strain, as Miroslav Klose, Andre Dias, Abdoulay Konko and Cristian Brocchi are also sidelined, while Hernanes sits out a ban.

“Lazio are adaptable, which is why we are competitive on three fronts. Playing in Europe could have a physical effect on our performance, but we must give something more in psychological terms.”

There is the risk of distraction for Lazio, as they have the Rome Derby after the break for international duty, then the Europa League with Fenerbahce.

“The Turkish teams more or less all play the same way, whereas there is more character and quality in Italy,” added the former Samsunpor Coach.

“They are investing a great deal, though. My experience in Turkey was very useful in preparing me to work here at Lazio.”

Lazio squad for Torino: Marchetti, Bizzarri, Scarfagna; Biava, Radu, Ciani, Pereirinha; Cana, Ledesma, Onazi, Mauri, Ederson, Candreva, Lulic, Gonzalez, Crecco; Kozak, Saha, Keita
