Ivan Perisic has warned Inter’s rivals that ‘we’ll do everything to qualify’ for the Champions League in the next six games.
Inter’s 4-0 win against Cagliari on Tuesday provisionally moved them back into Serie A’s top four, and Perisic made it clear his side were intent on staying there ahead of Roma, Lazio and Milan.
“The Champions League? It’s not far away,” the winger told the Nerazzurri’s match programme.

“Every game is crucial, but we all want to reach our objective, which is the Champions League, and we’ll do everything to qualify.
“We’re doing well, but we can still do better. We’re getting to know each other more and, of course, our understanding increases with each game.
“Playing with your teammates, seeing each other every day and understanding what you can play for is important.
“You always work hard with the Coach and his staff so that the team always know what to do on the pitch.
“The most important thing is to always help each other out, in every area and every moment of a game.
“That makes the difference if you want to win things.”
