The shot-stopper is still only 26 and had hoped to climb the ranks at Juve following his €12m transfer last summer.
However, with only nine competitive appearances last season and Gigi Buffon returning as understudy to Wojciech Szczesny, it’s evident the former Genoa man has to leave.

Perin had been reticent to move away from Serie A, but the lack of alternative proposals seems to have swayed him towards accepting Portugal.
FC Porto were also interested, although Benfica are reported to have agreed a €15m deal with Juventus, spread out to a loan with obligation to buy.
It is now up to Perin to decide if he wants to take the position in Portugal or not.
