The versatile wingback joins a large contingent of Latin American players at Inter and brings winning experience, having already collected Portuguese titles and the Europa League with Porto, plus the Copa America with Uruguay.
Pereira, aged 26, will initially cost the Nerazzurri just over €10m, with an additional €3.5m added on through bonuses and appearances fees.
